Parents of the parents

Yes, Grand Parents is what I mean. What is the first thing that comes to your mind whenever this word knocks on your drums? For me, it's knowledge, experience and affection.

They are old, physically not so bold but are twice as wise our dad or mom!(oh, it rhymes). They might not know about thermodynamics but will not need a thermometer to tell whether you are ill or not. They will not show any interest in the stories of justin beiber or lil wayne but will grab yours via the stories of Mahatma Gandhi & Hitler.

How come I bring out this topic now? Well, only because as I mentioned earlier, my nana is here to visit us. I think I should be introducing him now. He is known as Mahavira P Pareek(65 yrs), A retired government of India Officer. He served as a Chief inspector in Rajasthan for several years with immense honesty.

So as I was saying, he tells so many stories from the past about how he chased criminals, dacoits and terrorists. How he seized AK 47s and AK 56s from smugglers. The so many different people that used to come to the police station everyday and how weirdly they would behave. How a 303(rifle) works and why are they named so.

More news from his desk would appear soon but need to take a break for now...tired after a long day showing him around town and explaining every lil detail that there is to be.

Daily Buzz - II

I will be starting my post by showing immense grief over the floods in pakistan and their present condition..though the international communities are trying their best to help but its not enough as the area is very very large and the people are just too many..its also compared to Italy...Yesterday i think i saw a Cnn report ..the people stranded on small barren lands which are save from water due to their elevation ..refused to leave the land when the hovercraft came to rescue them...just because they feared that the neighbouring village people will capture their land..These people should think about their lifes first..i mean if you are not saved then how would you live on your land which you own. These people must be monitored and must be given enlightment or else the death poll will keep on increasing.I think there should be some campaign like the one we had for Haiti i don' no one got a campaign to help them till now.The blogger should also add something for info so that people can help them.

So...as i think Alot!..A thought came to my mind that most of the people fail to understand..i hope you will..I think there is no human on this planet that is bad for everyone.I dunno if there anyone that is bad for the whole world...For example Hitler who was responsible for the Holocaust...was considered evil for jews and regarded as a  Great Dictator by the Germans....So this actually proved that ''humans are not good or bad its the way you think...''..''Just like Guns dont kill people people kill people''..hmm i dunno how that works in a literal sense...

As you must have noticed there was a video posted about some northern lights...i dunno if you saw it or not..but i had posted it just in mere excitement that there are so many many things in this world that we can't even see in our short period of life..For example i have just seen India and Uae...or some people must have seen 4-5 countries ..but some places are just great to visit just like this place in Norway..shows in the video.

And yeah finally i have completed my both records..completed in 7-8 days...just some diagrams of biology are left..physics i dunno they mumbled something about it...Anyways..now Inshallah ill start studying some theory. The records were humongous for me .for me because..''i don't want anyone coming and saying hey dude the work was so less i finished in 3 hrs..'' so for me it was humongous as i am a lazy bum..I told my sister ''Here get my record published!'' First time i wrote so much in just for a mere correction and no knowledge whatsoever...

My holidays are going as planned..Thank god!...i am a great waster of time and have no track of it so i feared if i would be able to complete the records..

And I just saw a video that really got me thinking how much people follow religion..There's a psycho representing chrisianity unfortunately...unfortunate because what hes doing is really against what his religion preaches or what any religion preaches...and it will only result in hatred against his religion as people dont live long but religion stays  in the world...

Really Sad..He's a knowleged Pastor too...:l All that knowlegde for nothing..Whats next?
Protests ,Riots...What else...thanks to Mr Terry jones...Its explainable if someone who has no knowlegde does some act of terror but over here we have got some black sheeps! Yay! Finally time for Black Sweaters in winter! Ignore this lol...just my crazy mind...

He says islam is giving out hatred and violence..and what you are doing?...Duh..Like we say in hindi ''Buddha sathyagaya hain. '' no no nothing against buddhism >_<...It means Oldie has gone mad.

Pygmalionism

Hey, me back!

So today I was just sitting idle and suddenly from nowhere I get this feeling of playing my keyboard. As I did that, I noticed that I haven't played from more than one n half years and I am playing it alright. It's a surprise coz I wasn't so good at it before but now I feel so much better after the break. But anyways…what I want to talk about is, Pygmalionism…it means to love an inanimate object, just like I do to my keyboard or even my tabla.

It's strange as to how we humans attach ourselves to objects so easily and than there comes a stage when you start falling in love with it. I literally loved my bat when it was new and I was continuously playing cricket. I would hug it so affectionately and spend hours just looking at it. It was beautiful and had all the curves but that's very strange. I don't know how many here agree to me but every now and then humans suffer pygmalionism.

Some people even talk to things, ask questions to them and laugh and cry and what not. A few on the other hand even sleep with them(shhh…).

But humans can love anything, can't they? From cities to moods to fancy toilets to movies to Angelina etc…(even sonu niigaam) May be that's what keeps us going. The love for the things that we do, see, hear etc.

So how many of you suffer pygmalionism and for what object? You can even tell me about the people you know who behave weirdly to things in the comments section below…feel free to comment…I even seem to have pygmalionism for comments as wellJ! Take care.

North East West South - NEWS

Hello...anyone missed me? By the looks of the post from my achates guru, it feels as if he at least did. But yeah, faced a few problems and was busy with my NANA (maternal grandpa) landing here to visit us. He's still here though.

Let's just have our opinions about the news that's on these days…

The Flood in Pakistan & northern parts of India…

It's obviously very sad to hear about around 2 million people strangled and about 2000 losing their lives in this massive calamity. The UAE is doing it's bit to provide the desideratum. But I as an Indian see this as a golden opportunity to bring the people of the two countries so close together that it soon gives a golden reward of an unbreakable friendship. If India could now extend the helping hand to the people stranded, the people receiving the help are going to spread the word around and all this might actually bring a twinkle in the eyes of the politicians too. I know I am not so mature to be giving out ideas from my weltanschauung to resolve issues between 2 nations but giving it a try is not a bad ploy. BTW I have heard Indians living in UAE donating for the cause which is a very good thing. Hats off to the UAE army for sending their choppers and army for help.

The Berry that used to taste sweet…

Moving on to something very foolish going on in the world…Banning the services of the Blackberry. I am sure that even the donkeys in my village have heard this news. I mean honestly, is it such a big deal? If it is, why take this step? This news has haunted me from the last month like a poltergeist. Everyone seems to have misunderstood the news itself because whenever I meet someone new, they seem to say…"ohh, you have a BB, sad, it's getting banned". First of all my friends who think they read the newspapers daily, the internet services are getting banned, not the device! It doesn't make a difference to me coz I barely use the services, but what about all those people who earned their bread and butter using this. The Businessmen, it is like a gift from the heavens to them and taking it back would be like betrayal of the gods. Anyways, the security concern is the excuse for the banning it and If I may ask, weren't there any security concerns from the start? Suddenly you see people talking about blackberry being a weapon of mass destruction. I think they should come to some pact between the BB People and resolve this because this step is taking us no further.

Ramadan Kareem

The holy month of the Muslims has begun and being celebrated all over the world. I like this month too because you see people in Dubai are more calm about their job and no one likes to create a fuss. What more? It teaches good things and to behave properly. I am sure Yusuf is utilizing this month to the fullest!:P Along with sharq n musti ofc.

Enough of news bulletin, signing off…Ron from Anthropists news centre, blogspot, blogger.com…umm google yeh?

Wake up!!!

Hilooo....
Had a wonderful day today as it was raining since morning, Had a very heavy breakfast, played SEEP(traditional card game of Punjab....lol) for 2-3 hours, planted trees in the evening and again played SEEP.....such a busy schedule..huffff.
The weather is just awesome!! i guess it was on Saturday when i saw sun and it was hot but since then its raining almost daily if not so then there are heavy clouds for sure.
Well this was about my day coming to the topic, as it is vacation time, i know all are busy in resting and to add to this my Muslim brothers are fasting as it is Ramadan month(Ramadan Kareem to all), but it doesn't take more than 2 calories to write a post!!Does it??
I think you all understood what i meant, first of all our great writer and debater *ahem*...Mr.Yusuf khan who according to me have not even visited this site for around a month or even more, I mean where the Hell are youuuu! He was one who was most interested in making a blog.....
Secondly, another good writer who feel he is not good but is too good, He comes regularly to the blog, comments, writes something in the chat and goes but no posts.....
Will not say anything about Ron because i knw there's something wrong with his keyboard and I trust him and I think he will write soon...Nothing wrong with Saifu as he does something new every now and then..
OMG!!wasted a lot of calories on this, hungry again....Can't understand why i feel so hungry over here...bubye as im off for a dinner.....

It has been 63 years...

Well i have been away for a while and had been posting some silly videos with ma clone and stuff ...Actually i am a lil occupied these days...With ramzaan going on ..my routine is messed up..i don't know when i am gonna sleep...Plus i had to do alot of record work >_<...Whenver my phone rings i always take it as a alarm ring..cause i am most probably sleeping much of the time...

Okay lets come to the topic!! Its my beloved country's independence day!...India got freedom from british today and it was a remarkable acheivement by the Indians. This is the day when british left India and we got our own government and constitution...Blegh..i am beginning to sound like a poltical leader...So I wish you all a very Happy Independence Day!..And as Pakistan get to celebrate it earlier..I wish them too a
Happy Independence Day!..

Slavery and being caged in your own home never felt good to anyone..But the british did make some remarkable changes in India...though they were coming from wrong sources...by exploiting people.

Ramadhaan has commenced and all the muslims are observing fasts..But as they say fasting brings spirtuality and patience..its absolutely correct from what i have experienced..a person in ramadhaan not only comes closer to God but also learns how it feels to be deprived of food and to patiently wait to break the fast..Its all unexplainable..a great experience..Moreover people become more lively..Even if you go out at 2 am you will see people going somewhere or just sitting and eating something ..its like people start giving themselves more time out of nowhere..People can also easily lose some permanent addiction's such as smoking and stuff...as you cannot drink it the whole day..but it also depends on the person if he really wants to give it up..

Well Ramadaan kareem to all of you ...
and a Happy Independence Day! Wohooo!@$#%%#  We are freee! *jumps out of the window*

A wish

A very happy independence day to all the Pakistanis and Indians in advance…..In advance because today I’m very happy and would like to share it with all of u…

13 august marks the end of one of the most beautiful month of the year (saavan) But this not the reason for being so happy….The main thing is that its birthday of a GIRL (not a boy this time.), She is among the top followers of our blog, she was one of the first one to join(After L18) and also a nice friend of us….

On this day a girl called Jaspreet Kaur (Aditi Kapoor) was born, bit shy, Religious, Humorous, dangerous when angry, loves to see her friends happy and very lucky(May be because she got 32 teethes.. :D), But why am I writing about all this stuff??Well, the reason is simple and straight; she is the girl who has just come in life although she was there since I first saw her way back in 2004(beautiful and charming with a great smile on her face), but never understood when I fell in love with her.

She call herself lucky for many reasons but I think I’m the most luckiest one to get a girl like her. I really feel very disappointed for not being close to her on this wonderful occasion but will be always closer to your heart and you will be always somewhere in my heart reminding me of you each time my heart pumps……

Wajood na ho to hasti kis kaam ki, maza na ho to masti kis kam ki, aapka janamdin ho aur hum wish na karein, to yeh dosti kis kam ki.......

Yours lovingly

GJ(Guru Ji)

Meet my dog....

Hi wats up!!
Having a great time here in India enjoying a lot and also the weather is just awesome!!

So as I'm free and don't have any other work then aavaragardi(roaming here and there..), chatting and taking my dog to walk at least twice daily therefore i thought about writing a post on my dog. I know i have mentioned about him in earlier post as well but still there are many things about him....
Firstly his intelligence, I should say he is intelligent although sometimes acts like a real mad dog but thats on side.... If you are serious and you told him to "Sit down"! the next moment he will be down and you tell him to "Stay" and he will not move until you are there, then "Shake hand" and "next" to shake hand with him, I know these are normal and almost every good dog can do this bt the main thing is about his eating..
He eats more then or anyone else but if you put some food in front of him and you say "No take"!!, He will not even look at it and will be staring at you for next order and soon as you say "Take Marshall" he will jump on the bowl and will tear everything in seconds....
Well Marshall is his name and he is just 16 months older but big in size, very heavy and really powerfull
And yess the weather is getting colder once again as its raining once again and i'm off for a visit to hilly area near my village.....

iGLUE - It sticks!

Hey...
Howdy Icelanders?

The weather is hot but I see a lot of chilled out cool people here. Which makes me think about the people living in extremely cold conditions like Greenland and arctic etc.

First of all, let me tell all the people who think they are better off then us living here in hot conditions like Dubai and Abu Dhabi, that it's a myth! You won't know it until anyone of you visit the ski dubai in Mall Of the Emirates. It's absolutely freakish to just imagine how the people living in under -10 C survive.

So where do they live?

iGlue(igloo), no, it's not the new Apple product to stick your iphones, ipads etc. What I am talking about here is a dome like structure made out of Ice completely. Now this could be a very confusing thing for people who don't know how come homes made out of Ice insulate them of the cold? I thought the same and therefore decided to put in some researchwork into it. But before that, how are they put in place...

The construction
The ice selected is special and mostly the flakes blown by wind are used because of their bonding properties.
Ice Blocks, the size of a traditional concrete block(tabuk) are cut and shaped according to the requirement. One person is enough to construct the whole thing. The blocks are spontaneously cut and placed one above the other at a perticular angle in a circular manner. There is no holding together material applied because the ice itself connects via the hydrogen bonds to create a strong bond. The Ice blocks have constant melting and freezing of ice and water on the inside due to a heating material placed. This provides further strengthening of the structure.
This dome structural engineering is by the way not copied from rome or anywhere else. This is as old as any other architectural finding. Amazing, how these people have their own inventions to their credit with no resources what so ever!

The working
The Igloo is extremely warm on the inside because of the melting and freezing insulation provided by the internal heat source. The body heat of the people inside also cirulates in the interior and whatever the heat off the ground too doesn't seem to escape.
Surprisingly, they are known to raise the temperature to a staggerring 15-20 Deg. Celcius! Which is as good as a heater that we might use in our homes!

I hope you might have enjoyed knowing a few things about these if you weren't aware of it before. It certainly amazed me and hence prompted me to share this bit of knowledge. Anyone who might want to share some more info can leave a comment.

PS : Amazing work shariq! Keep it up! Check his video out below the post!

First day of my visit

Wats up peepzzz....
fell so good to be back at ur home country but still missing some1 special who have just come in my life.....:P
Well the flight was smooth and good as always despite some poor climatic conditions and despite being late by half an hour I still felt comfortable and happy bcoz it wasn't due to weather...The only bad thing about the flight was that there was no female crew member and as always, the head was bald headed.....
The weather was good but only until we left the airport and after that it was raining quite hardly through out the way and evn till midday...
Well dint do much today, was just taking a look at the things around and fighting with the modem fr an hour bt was very glad to see my dog again although he looks more like a panther and have enough power to pull a 60kg man, i still remember wen I left fr UAE last year he was just 2 months old and barely 6 inch tall bt nw he eats more thn a man and also shits more thn him....:P
After having some sleep and having lunch(ate food after 3 days....) I went around the store room and found some gr8 stuff guess what!!....I found a polythene full of crackers and rockets and 2 bags full of kites and dor(cnt remember the english meaning...) So now it was time fr some crackers and without wasting anytime, went straight at the terrace and exploded sm 4-5 crackers along with 2 rockets and by now the day was completed....
Going to Jalandhar fr a movie tommorow bt still missing all my frnds and that girl...
Sorry fr nt putting up the images, will try to upload in nxt post....
Guru

Congratulations…It’s a boy again!

How many of you have survived in the womb of your mother with another sibling of yours in the same womb and come out alone! Here's someone who has and calls himself the murderer of his sibling who was never born...

Skinny

Humorous

Artistic

Rampur

Informal

Qualitative

Do these words remind you of someone ?

No?

What about Argh, Baaa, I are buttman! etc.....reminded of Pirates? Ancestors? Egyptians? Aliens? or Butty Natasha!? Never mind, who ever they remind you of must be a person with long locks, an amazing heart, and as light as a feather!

Still guessing?...lemme give you a few more clues...

He selects his friends very carefully, but once he does that, be assured he's never going to let go of them...he is still single, so any girl who wants him...be prepared for a lot of attitude first up and to laugh a lot later on...

As lively as a bachelor party and as straight forward as his body itself...Unbiased and fair just like his skintone, thinks more from his heart than brain and whatever he pumps out of there is brilliant! Creative to the core and judgemental from the birth...

He's an Indian, a son, a friend, a brother, an editor and writer on the blog & also a sidekick! He loves Milk, chocolates, chocolate milk, strawberry, strawberry milk, cows, and city centre...He hates terrorists, human traffickers, discriminators, hators, you, {if you are still thinking who he is} and Me {for writing all the absurb things about him}......& he looks like an Afghani (may be because Rampur was earlier ruled by an Afghani Leader.)

His favourite movie - Sholay because Gabbar was from Rampur

Favourite song - Rampur ka vasi hoon main...

Favourite Instrument to play with - Rampuriya(a type of knife)

Why am I telling you all this? Good question...well because on this perticular day he was born so this is supposed to be the one day in the year which is his...every minute of it...He must feel important and and we must all contribute our bit to make him feel so...because people like him have ceased to step on this land anymore!

PS : Janamdin ki hardik shubhkaamnayen to our dear and near friend...(still confused? Just write a blog about Shariq and check if it matches...)

Yaar Main India Chala.....

Happy friendship day to all my enemies….

Finally a great success for us, Mustafa started writing, we are into 3 digits and the extra classes are over (mind it extra class not special classes…) giving us a bit of time to relax and enjoy along with studies. But still not the best one for me because I couldn’t join my team for UK tour. :( but still to make the full out of these holidays I’m flying to India on 5th (woohooo…:D) surely gonna enjoy the monsoon a lot along with some project works and record books which are given as a HW.

But yeah let me take you briefly through my flight and journey…. Just booked my tickets 2-3 days back and I can guarantee one thing for sure it’s the worst ticketing site I have ever seen!!!!Whenever you enter there’s a photo of a women with hands joined like she is saying Namaste (acc. To my brother) but I think she is apologizing in advance for poor site conditions….well the tickets were booked after doing all that hard work for arnd 1 hour and giving my information some 7-8 times…The flight is Air India (Boeing 737-800) not a good plane at all, I mean the worst if we see it in compare with others…

The cabin crews are just awesome…well are they???No they are not!!!Not at all… I mean the way they announce is very threatening and those safety activities before takeoff creates extra bit of fear among passengers. The meal they serve during flight is not of much importance because the flight is only of 3 hours or a quarter more than that sometimes but still it’s not up to the mark…Well a samosa along with a pan cake(that too contain egg) and gulab jamun(Indian sweet) are enough to make me say that it suckzzz!!!although I never eat much in the flight….

Well moving to the entertainment section and guess what…They have TV screens to show some mooooviessssss…. But my poor kismet(luck) I went twice earlier and both the times it was kismet Konnection(a clear indication for passengers that it’s all about luck)…..This time the flight is during night and maybe they will not show any movie…

Now u must be thinking WTH am I travelling in this flight!!!Why not any other??? I still prefer this because of a strange reason and that is that this flight goes during the night time and I just love travelling in night, I mean why some 1 would want to miss a chance of watching Dubai from top in night also the series of lights going in a line at Wagah border and those stars in black skies aahh They are just awesome…also the fact that the flight goes over nuclear Iran, Talibani part of Pakistan and landing just 10 km away from The Wagah border all these conditions and views makes my flight interesting and make me stick onto the side window for almost all the 3hours and to add something more to this we all know that its monsoon season which means rainnnnn along with lightning and thundersssss…

All these makes my flight much more challenging, interesting and because of this I enjoy my flight a lot….

So, for now I’m off and will post my next post from India…bubye and take care gonna miss all my mates a lot c u soon…..

Getting nervous after knowing and writing all those things about my flight already so many problems with diff. flights this year……
